2. Services Provided
Localshouts provides affordable website and Google listing services to small and micro businesses starting at ₹99 per month. Additional services, including e-commerce website setup, are available at varying rates as detailed on the website. All services are provided on a subscription basis and are billed yearly unless otherwise stated.
3. Payments and Billing
All subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.
Subscriptions are billed yearly, and payment must be made in full upfront.
If payments are not made on time, Localshouts reserves the right to suspend or terminate your services.
4. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations will not result in refunds for any unused period of your subscription. Localshouts reserves the right to terminate your services if you violate any terms listed in this agreement.
5. Affiliate Program
Joining Fee: The Localshouts affiliate program has a 0 INR joining fee.
Commission Structure: Affiliates earn 30% commission on net revenue for the first year, 15% in the second year, and 10% on renewals.
Sales Target: To continue earning commissions from previous client referrals, affiliates must achieve a minimum of 10 new sales per month. Failure to meet this target for two consecutive months may result in the suspension of future commission payments from existing clients.
Payment Terms: Commissions are paid on valid referrals, which are tracked through our affiliate system. Payments will be made on a monthly basis after verification of sales.
Affiliate Responsibilities: Affiliates must promote Localshouts using only approved methods and materials.
Misrepresentation of Localshouts services or any illegal or unethical marketing practices will result in termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of any earned commissions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and design elements of the Localshouts website and services are the intellectual property of Localshouts. You are prohibited from using, modifying, or distributing any part of the website or its content without prior written consent from Localshouts.
7. Use of Services
By using Localshouts, you agree not to:
Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Exploit or interfere with the security, performance, or integrity of the website.
Use the services to promote content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory.
8. Limitation of Liability
